Exail Robotics Belgium zoekt een Electronics Repair Technician om elektronische assemblages te diagnosticeren, PCB's te repareren en te solderen volgens de kwaliteitsnormen. Je documenteert analyses nauwkeurig en werkt volgens ESD- en veiligheidsvoorschriften in een moderne werkplek.

Je hebt sterke elektronica-kennis, ervaring met diagnose en componentreparaties, SMD/through-hole soldeertechnieken en kan technische schema's lezen.

Qualifications

• Sterke kennis van elektronica.
• Ervaring met elektronische diagnostiek en reparatie op componentniveau.
• Ervaring met SMD- en through-hole soldeertechnieken.
• In staat technische schema’s en tekeningen te lezen.

Responsabilités

• Uitvoeren van diepgaande diagnose op elektronische assemblages.
• PCB-reparatie en precisiesoldering (SMD en through-hole).
• Repareren van componenten volgens kwaliteitsnormen.
• Nauwkeurig documenteren van analyses en reparatieresultaten.
• Werken volgens ESD- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
• Een schone en georganiseerde werkplek onderhouden.
• Ondersteunen bij testen, validatie en herwerk.

What will you do?

• Perform in-depth diagnostics on electronic assemblies
• Carry out PCB repair and precision soldering work (SMD and through-hole)
• Repair components in accordance with quality standards
• Accurately document analysis and repair results
• Work according to ESD and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Support testing, validation, and rework activities

Profile

• Strong knowledge of electronics
• Experience with electronic diagnostics and component-level repair
• Experience with SMD and through-hole soldering techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and drawings
• Accurate with excellent hand-eye coordination
• Computer literate (Linux, MS Office)
• Knowledge of IPC 610 / 620 / 7711 / 7721 is a plus
• Good command of English; knowledge of French is an asset
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
