Madewithlove is hiring a full‑time experienced software engineer (f/m/x) who thrives on making complex systems understandable, embraces legacy code, and delivers high‑quality code. We are a 100% remote company from Belgium, working with Belgian and international clients on hybrid teams.

You will join a collaborative environment that values diversity and inclusion, with a strong emphasis on long‑term product thinking, scalable architectures, and clean code.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in one or more core stacks: PHP (Laravel), Python (Django, FastAPI) or JavaScript (React, Next.js).
• Ability to take a business problem to ideation, design, and release.
• Write modern, high‑quality code and defend it.
• Deliver by shipping small increments in parallel when possible.

Responsabilités

• Own the solution from ideation to release and work with stakeholders to shape the product.
• Engineer reliable software and balance speed with quality.
• Improve architecture, governance, and tooling to reduce technical debt.
• Mentor teammates and help integrate new engineers into existing teams.
