Alan is hiring engineers to build the new standard in prevention insurance. You’ll own high-impact web experiences across alan.com and self-serve flows that convert prospects into members in multiple markets.

You’ll work at the intersection of product, marketing and engineering, shaping growth while delivering delightful user experiences at scale. Remote-friendly, with collaboration in France, Belgium and Spain.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience delivering web applications at scale.
• Strong collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Research and Product.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Build Self-Serve flows to convert prospects to members.
• Support partnerships integrations, accountant tools, and referral systems.
• Develop and optimize alan.com for high traffic across markets.
• Enhance the Marketing Engine to scale paid and organic channels.
