Amaris Consulting is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to manage clinical activities across sites in cardiac electrophysiology, ensuring data quality and subject safety. You will monitor sites, liaise with stakeholders, and support regulatory compliance and patient recruitment.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in clinical research or medical devices, be proficient in MS Office, and be willing to travel up to 80% within Belgium and nearby regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Clinical research and medical device monitoring experience required.
• Fluency in English and Dutch; French preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage clinical study activities across sites and projects.
• Oversee site performance, visits, monitoring and deliverables.
• Act as liaison between study team and site personnel.
• Ensure patient safety and data quality per timelines.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GCP, and regulations.
• Support patient recruitment and site training activities.
• Verify Investigator Site Files per regulations and procedures.
• Interface with investigators, IRBs/ECs, vendors, and staff.
