Join a 10-person remote team across France and Belgium to deliver high-quality healthcare solutions using Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and cloud-native tooling. You will collaborate with product managers and designers, own critical APIs, optimize performance, and help

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• +5 years of professional experience as a Back-end Developer.
• +2 years of hands-on experience in Python.
• Experience with Django, including Django REST framework.
• Experience with relational databases, such as PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Languages: French and English.

Responsabilités

• Backend Development: Design, build, and maintain reliable backend services using Python, Django, and related technologies.
• API Development: Create and evolve RESTful APIs to power front-end and mobile apps and integrations with third-party partners.
• Performance & Optimization: Monitor, identify, and resolve bottlenecks for fast, scalable applications.
• Architecture & Design: Contribute to platform architecture for scalability and maintainability.
• Security & Compliance: Implement best practices to protect sensitive health data in line with regulations.
