Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in regulatory affairs, environmental, agricultural or chemical sciences, public policy, or a related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to understand and translate complex scientific and regulatory information into clear and actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working with international organizations, regulatory agencies, or industry associations.
• Strong interpersonal, consensus-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach to work.

Responsabilités

• Monitor, analyze, and interpret scientific, regulatory, and policy developments relevant to crop protection products.
• Contribute to the development of industry positions, policy papers, and technical reports.
• Provide regulatory and scientific expertise to support CropLife International's advocacy and engagement activities.
• Coordinate global working groups and expert teams on regulatory and scientific topics.
• Facilitate collaboration among member companies and external stakeholders to build consensus and advance shared priorities.
• Manage projects, timelines, budgets, and external consultants to ensure successful delivery of objectives.
• Represent CropLife International in meetings with international organizations, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders. (e.g., OECD, FAO/WHO, Codex, Rotterdam/Stockholm Convention (Secretariat)), both virtually and in person.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and contribute to discussions on emerging regulatory and policy issues.
• Communicate key developments and recommendations to internal and external audiences.
• Prepare briefings, presentations, meeting materials, and written communications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support senior leadership with regulatory updates, strategic discussions, and governance-related documentation.
• Contribute to the delivery of communications and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the organization.

Role Overview

CropLife International is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs to support and drive the organization's global regulatory activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing industry positions, coordinating regulatory projects and expert teams, engaging with international organizations, and providing scientific and regulatory expertise on issues relevant to crop protection products.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory and Scientific Leadership

• Monitor, analyze, and interpret scientific, regulatory, and policy developments relevant to crop protection products.


• Contribute to the development of industry positions, policy papers, and technical reports.


• Provide regulatory and scientific expertise to support CropLife International's advocacy and engagement activities.

Stakeholder and Project Management

• Coordinate global working groups and expert teams on regulatory and scientific topics.


• Facilitate collaboration among member companies and external stakeholders to build consensus and advance shared priorities.
