Wever & Ducré, an established player in the international lighting world with headquarters in Kortrijk, is looking for an experienced Business Developer for the XAL brand in West Flanders.
You will transform commercial opportunities into successful projects by building durable relationships with architects, interior designers, and installers, while coordinating with lighting design and customer service teams.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in field sales, account management, or project sales.
- Experience in lighting, construction, installation technology, interior design, or related project environment is a strong plus.
- Affinity with technology, architecture, and interior design.
Responsabilités
- Identify and pursue new projects in the assigned region and actively bring them in.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior architects, consulting engineers, project developers, and installers.
- Present lighting solutions and ensure products become a preferred choice in projects.
- Manage proposals to delivery, monitoring timing, execution, deadlines, and lead times.
- Collaborate with colleagues in design, customer service, and sales; take the lead where appropriate.
