A.R.L. TRUCK & TRAILER REPAIRS in British Columbia is seeking a refrigeration and air conditioning mechanic (non-construction) to join our on-site team. You will install, service, and overhaul heating and refrigeration systems in refrigerated trucks and trailers.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant experience, a college diploma, and strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills. This permanent, full-time role starts as soon as possible with a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in refrigeration and air conditioning.
• College certificate or diploma (1–2 years) in related field.
• English language required.

Responsabilités

• Install and overhaul heating systems
• Install equipment in refrigerated trucks used to transport food or medical supplies
• Install refrigeration systems
• Maintain and repair equipment in refrigerated trucks
• Troubleshoot heating systems
• Troubleshoot ventilation, air handling, refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• Provide customer service
