Rite.Studios in Brasschaat is seeking a RITE REFORM INSTRUCTOR to join our REFORM program. This freelance role requires reliability for day, evening, and weekend sessions, with a minimum of six classes weekly and an informal coaching focus to uplift our community.

The trainer will join an academy that runs in Antwerp (The Chapel), spanning 10 weeks with 11 guided sessions and 40+ hours of self-study, culminating in a 50-minute showcase.

• Teach REFORM classes as part of the Rite REFORM program.

We're on the lookout for passionate individuals who thrive in group fitness and rhythm. Got a passion for REFORM and feel you've got what it takes to become a coach? You'll dive deep into the REFORM philosophy, refine your teaching skills, and expand your fitness knowledge.

What we're looking for in you?

• You're a freelancer or flexi with a flexible schedule. We are looking for availability during the day, evening and also on weekends (as an instructor, not just during training).
• You can teach a minimum of 6 classes per week (e.g. Monday 09:00+10:00, Thursday 17:00+18:00, Saturday 11:00+12:00).
• You're driven, motivational, and ready to create an environment that challenges and uplifts our community

What does the training program look like?

The academy takes place in Antwerp, The Chapel. This is more than just training - over 10 weeks, you'll embark on an immersive experience with 11 sessions guided by our Head Coach & 40+ hours self-study. The Academy culminates in a dynamic 50-minute showcase where you'll demonstrate your expertise. For all these sessions, we ask for a one-time academy fee of €750.

The academy will run in the afternoon from 13:30 until 16:30 on the following dates (it's mandatory to attend every session) :
