• Maintain a clean, safe construction site.
• Communicate instructions in Dutch to ensure proper finish.
• Work precisely with attention to detail.
• Possess a valid B driving license to travel between sites.
• Install insulation materials on sites.
• Prepare site activities and ensure safe work conditions.
• Seal exterior joinery and rough construction.
• Work in an environmentally conscious manner.
