Médiane Benelux is seeking a software engineer to design, develop, and integrate V&V tools for railway signaling systems in Charleroi. You will build software components in C# and Python and contribute to architecture decisions while collaborating with a multinational team.

This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and compliance, with opportunities for continuous learning and exposure to modern tooling across rail projects.

Qualifications

• C# development experience mandatory.
• Desirable: railway software experience (ERTMS Level 2).
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Engineering or Master’s degree in CS/Software Engineering.

Responsabilités

• Define tool requirements and architecture with software architect.
• Develop software components in C# and Python.
• Create and maintain the development toolchain and tests.
• Support V&V tooling and integration with hardware teams.
• Promote reuse of internal libraries and COTS solutions.
