Alstom is seeking a Program Cybersecurity Engineer to lead cybersecurity for mainline programs under the guidance of an experienced Program Cyber Security Manager. The role focuses on risk assessments, architecture decisions, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity regulations.

Candidate should have a Master’s degree in engineering, at least 2 years in railway signaling or industrial cybersecurity, and strong leadership, English fluency, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Railway signaling systems or industrial cybersecurity with strong architecture knowledge.
• Knowledge of risk assessment processes.
• Fluent with Linux and Windows OS.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform solution cybersecurity security assessment, including Zones and Conduits architectures.
• Identify not acceptable risks for each sub-system and the applicable essential cybersecurity functions of the Cybersecurity Resilience Act.
• Specify cybersecurity functions to comply with the European Cybersecurity Resilience Act.
• Liaise with the platform and program team to define the most suitable solution reducing the risk to an acceptable value.
• Mentor the cybersecurity test platform program, provide the main guideline for the research program and help to tackle technical implementation issues.
