IMEC in Leuven, Belgium seeks a Wireless DSP researcher for aerospace and security, to join a team researching wireless systems and algorithms and contribute to radar/communication architectures. You will lead and execute funded projects in the security domain, publish in journals, and present at conferences; a PhD or equivalent and 5+ years of experience, with MATLAB or Python fluency, are required.

Who you are

• You have aPh.D.degreeor equivalent through work experienceinElectronics or a related field.
• You have 5+ years of experience in Wireless DSP and have extensive knowledge of radarand/or communicationsystems.You are fluent in MATLAB or Python.

• Ability and willingness to obtain Security Clearance (National, EU, NATO) – a mandatoryrequirement for this role.

Having any of the followingskillsisa bonus:

• You have experience with building demonstrators.
• You have experienceinASICarchitecturesandwithmodelling inSystemC.
• You haveexperience in machine learningapplied to sensors.
