Johnson & Johnson Beerse, Belgium is hiring a Director, Transcend R&D, BPO end to end. This leadership role guides cross-functional teams across R&D and supply chain to implement standardized end-to-end processes within a new SAP-driven global template.

You will collaborate with global leaders to set strategic direction, drive value realization, and manage a diverse, high-performance team across multiple locations. Travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in R&D, Clinical Supply Chain, Supply Chain, Technology (SAP), or large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Proven success in global business process re-engineering, ERP-enabled transformation, operating model change, or global template governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development of an R&D capability roadmap across business functions, define value opportunities and translate into measurable outcomes.
• Re-engineer and redesign business processes as input to a global R&D Transcend template solution.
• Partner with senior R&D Leadership, Innovative Medicine Supply Chain and Transcend Leadership to define end-to-end process vision for R&D and secure timely decisions.
• Influence portfolio management decisions to prepare for Transcend.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of R&D BPOs by sub-process, build process ownership capability.
• Embed compliance-by-design and audit readiness across process decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement after launch by establishing a backlog, prioritization model.
