• Healthcare market knowledge and exposure (desired).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (Applied) Sciences (Chemistry, Polymers, Material Sciences) or equivalent by experience.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials and customer manufacturing processes.
• Willingness to travel more than50%.

• Proven ability to assess customer needs and translate them into practical, scalable solutions


• Solid projec t management, problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills


• Comfortable working independently in a cross‑functional, international environment


• Willingness to travel more than50%


• Fluent English is required
