Banque Internationale à Luxembourg SA is seeking a Head of Quality to oversee and enhance their Quality Management System in Pelt, Belgium. The ideal candidate will drive a quality-first mindset through cross-functional collaboration, managing a team of quality technicians and reporting directly to the Managing Director.

You will be instrumental in carrying out quality management duties including documentation of audits, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and leading quality improvement initiatives. Strong experience in Quality Management and leadership are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Quality Management.
• Experience in changing projects and process optimization.
• Knowledge of integrated management systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of Quality Management including material lab and quality control.
• Strengthen and further develop the quality management organization.
• Plan and prepare factory audits for ISO 9001 compliance.
