DIRECT SALES, US is seeking a Quality Specialist in Zaventem, Belgium, to ensure product quality and compliance in the medical device industry. You will assess and manage Distribution Service Providers while contributing to continuous improvement efforts in logistics and distribution processes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, over three years of relevant experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. The role includes a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in medical device manufacturing or a regulated industry, preferably within Quality.
• Knowledge of Good Distribution Practices, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and medical device regulations.
• Proficiency in English, written and oral.

• Assess, qualify, and monitor Distribution Service Providers according to Hologic requirements.
• Investigate distribution-related non-conformances and complaints.
• Support internal and external audits and cross-functional projects.
