Appsierra Group is seeking an experienced Quality professional to lead coordination across testing projects and guide QA transformation initiatives. The role emphasizes quality engineering, test management and hands-on coaching to improve overall software quality.

The team collaborates on functional and technical testing strategies, advocates shift-left testing, and leverages Tosca-based automation and governance best practices to drive enterprise-grade quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quality Coordinator in projects – Must have
• Experience in Software Quality Assurance, Test Management or Quality Engineering – 10+ years – Expert
• Experience guiding organizations through quality or test transformations – 5+ years – Senior
• Experience coaching QA, testing or engineering teams – Must have
• Experience defining functional and technical testing strategies – 8+ years – Expert
• Experience creating a Target Operating Model (TOM) or target architecture for a test organization – Must have
• Experience developing test strategies – Must have
• Experience conducting capability, maturity or quality assessments – Must have
• Strong communication skills and hands-on mentality – Must have
• Completion of the required Team Proposal Template – Must have

Responsabilités

• The team coordinates testing activities and supports a shift-left testing approach.
• They formulate pragmatic recommendations on test processes, levels, governance and automation.
• They bring expertise in functional, integration and end-to-end testing, regression testing and API testing.
