Johnson & Johnson in Geel, Belgium, seeks a Manager Quality Engineering – Lab and Computerized System Validation within a QA department to lead qualification/CSV activities for lab and IT systems involved in API and DP intermediates manufacturing.

You will oversee a skilled team, ensure regulatory compliance, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across IMSCQ and IM Supply Chain, with an indefinite contract and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in science or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in chemical/pharmaceutical quality, supply chain, or QA.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken/written).

Responsabilités

• QA Qualification and CSV: maintain qualification/CSV status across systems.
• Review/approve qualification/CSV docs, PQ, PQRs, MPS, TRs, maintenance records.
• Lead system change projects and ensure regulatory compliance and inspections readiness.
