Manpower Technics & Engineering is seeking a Project Manager Brandbeveiliging for a large-scale new-build project. You will lead sprinkler and fire protection installations, coordinating engineering, procurement, site teams and subcontractors to deliver safely, on time and within budget.

You bring experience in construction or HVAC installations, and can translate client needs into concrete project plans, prepare budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction or industrial projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement and construction.
• Knowledge of fire protection standards and sprinkler installations.

Responsabilités

• Manage sprinkler and fire protection projects from start to final handover.
• Translate customer needs into concrete project plans, budgets and schedules.
• Prepare quotes, budgets and timing plans.
• Monitor progress for quality, safety, cost and deadlines.
• Coordinate between engineering, procurement, site supervision, technicians and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and components.
