CTRL-F NV zoekt een ervaren Projectleider die projecten van begin tot eind begeleidt. U bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en financiën en onderhoudt contact met klanten, leveranciers en interne teams op de werf.

U leidt en motiveert teams en onderaannemers, stemt af met projectondersteuning en zorgt voor een vlotte administratieve opvolging terwijl u flexibel met meerdere projecten tegelijk schakelt.

Qualifications

• Minimaal 5–10 jaar relevante ervaring als Projectleider.
• Sterke technische bagage en bouwgerelateerde ervaring.
• Goede communicatie met klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers.

Responsabilités

• De projecten opstarten, voorbereiden en organiseren van de uitvoering.
• Dagelijkse opvolging en coördinatie met klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers.
• Praktische en doordachte oplossingen voor de klant ontwikkelen.

Description du poste

As a Project Manager, you are the key figure who ensures projects run smoothly from start to finish. You combine technical expertise with organisational skills and ensure that work on site proceeds smoothly, efficiently and in accordance with the agreed plans.

You will take charge of multiple projects and act as the central point of contact for clients, suppliers, subcontractors and our own teams. In doing so, you will monitor not only the schedule and quality, but also the financial outcome of each project.

Your responsibilities include, amongst other things:

• the launch, preparation and organisation of project implementation;
• day-to-day monitoring and coordination with clients, suppliers and subcontractors;
• developing practical and well-thought-out solutions for the client;
• coaching, managing and supporting in-house teams and subcontractors;
• monitoring the budget, profitability and progress of the project;
• close consultation with internal project support and other construction partners;
• carrying out the administrative follow-up associated with the project's progress.

You maintain a visible presence on site, think ahead and keep track of the big picture, even when various parties are relying on you at the same time. Thanks to your communicative approach, decisiveness and flexibility, you help ensure the project is carried out correctly and contribute to building lasting relationships with all stakeholders.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren Projectleider met een stevige technische basis en minstens 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring. Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar verantwoordelijkheid, zelfstandigheid en samenwerking hand in hand gaan.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

• je beschikt over een grondige technische bagage, opgebouwd via opleiding en/of werkervaring;
• je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in projectopvolging en werfcoördinatie;
• je communiceert vlot en professioneel met klanten, leveranciers, onderaannemers en collega's;
• je neemt graag leiding en weet mensen op een motiverende manier aan te sturen;
• je bent een echte teamplayer die tegelijk zelfstandig beslissingen durft nemen;
• je bent flexibel ingesteld en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen planning, werf en administratie;
• je hebt geen schrik van een administratieve opvolging en werkt gestructureerd;
• je beschikt over een rijbewijs B;
• je kan vlot overweg met computers en courante softwaretoepassingen;
• je denkt oplossingsgericht en houdt ook het financiële plaatje scherp in de gaten.
