KU Leuven invites applications for a full-time Professor in Circular Construction and Reuse at Campus De Nayer (Sint-Katelijne-Waver). The appointee will lead research on design principles for the reuse of structural materials and components from end-of-life buildings, with emphasis on circular construction and industrial applicability.

The candidate will teach Dutch bachelor and master programmes from the outset, contribute to national and international networks, and supervise PhD projects

Responsabilités

• You develop an international research programme on reuse of structural materials and components in circular construction.
• You provide high-quality teaching for bachelor and master students in building materials, structural mechanics, and sustainable design.
• You engage in research resulting in PhDs and publications with international recognition and contribute to industry collaborations.
