TRIXXO Jobs seeks a Team Leader – Production to coordinate daily production activities and lead a skilled team. You will combine people-focused leadership with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement to achieve targets and uphold high standards.

The role involves coaching operators, managing the production schedule, stock levels, and reporting, with proficiency in Iris and Dynamics 365 Business Central. Dutch or English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Lead, coach, and motivate operators on the production line.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment.
• Monitor and continuously improve quality, safety, and workplace organisation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the daily production schedule and ensure the production line operates efficiently.
• Manage stock levels and ensure the correct use of materials.
• Work with production software and ERP systems, including Iris and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Perform basic administrative tasks and prepare production reports.
• Communicate effectively in either Dutch or English with colleagues and stakeholders.
