AGO Torhout Technics in Belgium is seeking Production Operators to join its manufacturing team. Experience as an operator is a plus but not essential; a strong technical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn are valued.

A practical assessment will identify the best role for your skills. You will operate and set up production machines, monitor the process, perform quality checks, resolve minor issues or report them, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
