FORUM JOBS IR WEST in Waregem is seeking a motivated montage employee to support our client in the ventilation, sun-shading and outdoor solutions sector. The role is full-time with a two-shift system and offers an interim contract with the possibility of permanent placement.

You will set up and adjust automated production equipment, supply materials, work safely, diagnose issues, and prepare reports. Dutch language proficiency is required, and candidates with technical awareness or production

Qualifications

• Interim position with potential for permanent contract.
• Full-time, 2-shift system.
• No specific study requirement.
• Less than 2 years of experience preferred.
• Very good Dutch language skills required.
• Technical awareness or production experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Set up and adjust automated production equipment.
• Supply machines with necessary materials.
• Work safely and follow procedures.
• Diagnose and resolve production problems or breakdowns.
• Prepare production and incident reports.
