CTRL-F NV in Belgium is seeking a Software and Monitoring Product Specialist who will design and position smart software and monitoring solutions. You will help customers optimize their infrastructure, reduce maintenance costs, and increase installation availability by translating technical capabilities into tangible business benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met industriële software, monitoringsystemen, SCADA of automatisering.
• Ervaring met adviseren of verkopen van softwareoplossingen aan operationele besluitvormers.
• Kennis van SCADA, Industrial IoT, remote monitoring en systeemintegraties.
• Een technische achtergrond gecombineerd met commerciële vaardigheden.
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe technische informatie uit te leggen.
• Ervaring binnen sectoren zoals industrie, telecom, datacenters, utilities of infrastructuur is een plus.

• Define software, monitoring and SCADA solutions that meet customer needs.
• Translate technical capabilities into tangible benefits such as lower costs, fewer breakdowns and more efficient maintenance.
• Develop business cases and ROI calculations to demonstrate value of our solutions.
• Draw up integration specifications for links with client systems such as NMS, DCIM and other platforms.
• Advise clients on digitalisation, monitoring and operational optimisation.
• Present and demonstrate our software and monitoring platforms.
• Support the sales process with technical expertise, data analysis and business cases.
• Build strong relationships with clients’ IT, operations and asset management teams.
• Translate client needs into functional requirements for software and monitoring solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering to develop reliable, secure and future-proof solutions.
• Test and validate systems to meet customer expectations and operational requirements.
• Oversee integration testing and acceptance at customer sites.
• Monitor market developments in monitoring, Industrial IoT and automation.
• Analyse market trends and competition to identify opportunities.
• Leverage network to create new business opportunities and qualified leads.
• Bridge technology and business, translating technical insights into concrete customer benefits; analytical, client-focused, comfortable with tech, commerce and innovation.

Are you technically skilled and commercially minded? Do you have experience with software, monitoring or industrial automation, and do you enjoy helping customers improve their operational performance? If so, we’re looking for you.

As a Software & Monitoring Product Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing and positioning smart software and monitoring solutions. You’ll help customers manage their infrastructure more efficiently, reduce maintenance costs and increase the availability of their installations. In doing so, you’ll work closely with customers, sales, engineering and product development.

What will you be doing?

Developing smart solutions

• You will define the software, monitoring and SCADA solutions that meet our customers’ needs.


• You will translate technical capabilities into tangible benefits such as lower operational costs, fewer breakdowns and more efficient maintenance.


• You will develop business cases and ROI calculations that demonstrate the value our solutions deliver.


• You will draw up integration specifications for links with clients’ systems, such as NMS, DCIM and other business platforms.

Advising clients and supporting sales

• You will hold discussions with clients about digitalisation, monitoring and operational optimisation.


• You will present and demonstrate our software and monitoring platforms.


• You will support the sales process with technical expertise, data analysis and business cases.


• You will build strong relationships with clients’ IT, operations and asset management teams.

Collaborating with product development

• You will translate client needs into functional requirements for software and monitoring solutions.


• You will collaborate with engineering teams to develop reliable, secure and future-proof solutions.


• You will test and validate systems to ensure they meet customer expectations and operational requirements.


• You will oversee integration testing and acceptance processes at customer sites.

Market Development and Business Development

• You closely monitor developments in monitoring, Industrial IoT and automation.


• You analyse market trends and the competition to identify new opportunities.


• You actively utilise your network to create new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
