Panenco is looking for a Product Manager in Antwerpen, Belgium. The ideal candidate will manage all stages of the product lifecycle and work closely with teams to ensure successful product-market fit.

Responsibilities include defining delivery roadmaps, interacting with users, and leveraging AI tools for rapid prototyping. A Master's degree and minimum of 2 years of experience in a dynamic environment are required. We offer a flexible remote work culture and a variety of employee benefits.

About the product manager role

Product managers take on a leading role throughout all stages of the product lifecycle. You connect the dots from early concepts towards product-market fit, always together in the trenches with your product team(s). You'll wear multiple hats, balancing strategic planning with day-to-day execution while keeping both the business and customers’ needs at the forefront. On a daily basis you’ll use your entrepreneurial skills to push things forward, especially when things get complicated.

Define functional objectives and a clear delivery roadmap

Shape and execute the go-to-market and roll-out of new products and features

Interact with users to capture their feedback

Test, validate and iterate towards product-market fit

What you'll do on a day-to-day basis:

Connect the dots between GTM, software delivery and the broader product vision

Leverage the latest AI tooling on the market for rapid prototyping, GTM, and development efforts

Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle: functional specifications, UI/UX design, technical architecture, product roadmap, etc.

Shape communication campaigns to interact with user audiences

Keep oversight over the operating model (sprint planning, daily standups, demos)

Communicate with all stakeholders, both internally and externally

We're flexible with regards to remote work, but we do expect you to be at one of our offices at least 2 days per week for team cohesion.

The interview process

The interview process is short (but thorough) and will consist of 4 steps:

Intro conversation (videocall): 20min conversation to validate your fit with the position and align on the approach for the on-site

Technical interview (on-site): you present a personal project or one of your prior involvements from end to end, with our team asking targeted questions

Feedback (written/videocall): you will receive feedback about the on-site interview either in written form or through a call

Contractual alignment (videocall): our operations manager will walk you through our overall compensation package and practical arrangement
