NTT DATA Belgium is seeking a Product Designer to craft intuitive web and mobile experiences, blending user research and visual design. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into impactful digital solutions across multiple projects.

The role emphasizes collaboration, design systems development in Figma, and ongoing advocacy for user-centered design throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in design, HCI, psychology, fine arts, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, UX Researcher, or Visual Designer.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Conduct user research activities, including interviews, usability testing, and research synthesis.

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Product Designer to join our multidisciplinary team and help create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. Depending on your expertise, you will contribute either through deep user research or strong visual design capabilities, shaping products from discovery to delivery. Working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams, you will transform user needs and business objectives into impactful digital solutions. This role offers the opportunity to influence product strategy, user experience, and design excellence across a variety of projects.

Requirements

• Master's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 3 to 5 years as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, UX Researcher, or Visual Designer.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design methodologies.
• For Research-focused profiles: expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, usability testing, and insight generation.
• For Visual-focused profiles: strong skills in visual design, typography, layout, branding, and design systems.
• Ability to work effectively in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus.
• High attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance design and research processes.
• Experience with Builder.io is a plus.
• Background in Industrial Design is a plus.
