Envalior is seeking a Technologist at our Genk site to optimize manufacturing processes, introduce new products, and drive continuous improvement across production operations. You will work with Production, R&D, Maintenance, and other functions to act as the technological expert for one or more lines and lead improvement initiatives that raise plant performance, product quality, and overall excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering (Industrial Engineering) or equivalent.
• Up to 3 years of experience in a production/tech role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, formulations, and raw materials.
• Experience with process optimization, data analysis, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Develop and apply process engineering and product knowledge to optimize manufacturing performance.
• Lead improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance, product quality, and safety.
• Define and optimize operating parameters, process windows, and production recipes in SAP.
• Lead RTO phase of construction projects below €5 million and support small capital projects.
