Do you enjoy optimizing production processes and turning technology into tangible results on the shop floor? At Beaulieu, we are looking for a Process Engineer (Fibres) who strengthens operations through engineering, automation and continuous improvement.

What you will do

As Process Engineer (Fibres), you act as a key specialist in process development, technology implementation and operational improvement. You translate technical knowledge into practical solutions that enhance manufacturing performance and support the evolution towards smart, data‑driven operations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing practical solutions and methodologies to improve operations
• Implementing and optimizing systems such as MES and data mining to ensure efficient, reliable processes
• Contributing to technology‑driven projects
• Supporting production in preparation, process development and optimization to ensure stable quality
• Coordinating manufacturing requirements and conducting operational walkthroughs
• Staying up to date with emerging technologies and applying them where relevant

Who we are looking for

• You hold an engineering degree
• You bring a first experience in a production or industrial environment in a similar role.
• You have a solid understanding of production processes, technology and continuous improvement tools.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, project management or business process management is a plus.
• You are hands‑on, analytical and a strong problem solver.
• You communicate clearly and work well with different stakeholders across sites.
• You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of French and English.
