SDM Private Banking in Antwerp seeks a Back Office Officer to strengthen our Belgian team. You will process and book investment transactions, monitor positions and cash flows, and reconcile with banks and counterparties.

You will work closely with Front Office, Finance, Compliance and Risk, maintain client data, and contribute to data quality and process improvements. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; knowledge of French is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Relevant secondary or higher education qualification.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Banking sector experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process and book investment transactions for clients.
• Monitor securities positions and cash movements.
• Perform reconciliations with banks and counterparties.
• Prepare operational and financial reports for internal teams/clients.
• Maintain client data and ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Finance, Compliance and Risk teams.
• Contribute to back-office process improvements and controls.
• Handle, redirect and follow up on incoming calls and emails.
