Qualifications

• Technical diploma in mechanics, plastics, or similar.
• Experience in plastic processing or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of plastic injection molding and molds.
• Hands-on, independent yet team player.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or English.

Responsabilités

• Set up, change, start, and monitor injection molding machines.
• Perform quality checks at production startup according to specifications.
• Prevent defects and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Carrying out preventive maintenance on molds.
• Suggest improvements related to safety, quality, environment, and efficiency.
• Keep your workplace clean, safe, and organized.
