KATHOLIEKE HOGESCHOOL VIVES Noord seeks a dedicated ergotherapy educator to guide students through their training, contributing to high-quality, practice-oriented education in mental health contexts.

You will deliver lectures and supervise practical sessions, connecting theory to clinical practice, while supporting student learning and professional development within the education team.

Responsabilités

• Teach occupational therapy with a focus on psychosocial vulnerability.
• Cover theory-to-practice links using real-world cases in mental health.
• Deliver classes in day and distance education with practical sessions on 27/11/2026 and 11/12/2026.
• Stage guidance for second or third year students.
• Supervision of bachelor theses.
• Support and coaching of students in their learning and professional development.
• Collaboration with colleagues inside the program and with external internship partners.
• Be willing to participate in cross-course activities (e.g., organizing in-service training, meetings).
• Be part of and actively contribute to the occupational therapy education team.

Description du poste

Als lid van het opleidingsteam ergotherapie begeleid je studenten gedurende hun opleidingstraject en draag je bij aan kwaliteitsvol praktijkgericht onderwijs.

Je taken omvatten:

• Lesopdracht: ergotherapie bij personen met een psychosociale kwetsbaarheid: Je verzorgt een lesopdracht rond het ergotherapeutisch interveniëren bij (kinderen), volwassenen en ouderen met een psychische kwetsbaarheid, met aandacht voor herstelgericht en psychosociaal rehabiliterend werken, assessments, doelgerichte interventies en participatie binnen wonen, werken en vrije tijd. Aan de hand van reële casussen leg je de verbinding tussen theorie en de ergotherapeutische praktijk binnen de geestelijke gezondheidszorg. De lesopdracht wordt zowel gegeven in dagonderwijs (2desemester) als in afstandsonderwijs (praktijklessen op 27/11/2026 en 11/12/2026).
• Stagebegeleiding van studenten uit de tweede of derde opleidingsfase.
• Begeleiding van bachelorproeven
• Ondersteuning en coaching van studenten in hun leer- en professionaliseringsproces.
• Samenwerking met collega's binnen de opleiding en met externe stagepartners.
• Je bent eventueel bereid om deel te nemen aan lesoverschrijdende activiteiten (bv organisatie navorming, vergaderingen, ...)
• Je maakt deelt uit van en werkt actief mee in het opleidingsteam ergotherapie.
