• Proven work experience with business analysis and creation of user stories.
• Experience delivering Power Platform solutions: Canvas Apps, Model-Driven apps, and Power Automate workflows.
• Dataverse data modeling and plug‑in development.
• Implementation of Business Process Flows and governance practices.
