Johnson & Johnson in Beerse, Belgium, seeks a Post Doc - R&D Product Development to advance lipid-based formulations and biopharmaceutics tools. You will build and optimize an advanced characterization toolbox and contribute to in vivo translation, with dissemination of findings in internal forums and manuscripts.
The role requires a PhD (or near completion) in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field, strong independent research capability, and excellent English communication for publications
Qualifications
- PhD (or near completion) in Pharmaceutical Sciences or closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute experimental research with scientific independence.
- Experience with lipid-based formulations and/or biopharmaceutics tools linking formulation behavior to delivery potential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with publications/presentations/patents.
Responsabilités
- Build and explore an advanced in vitro characterization toolbox for lipid-based formulations.
- Explore downscaling/high-throughput feasibility to enable efficient screening.
- Design and optimize next-level lipid formulation strategies for oral delivery of bRo5 molecules.
- Support in vivo translation through rat PK/lymphatic transport studies and mechanistic experiments.
- Communicate scientific outcomes through presentations and forums and contribute to manuscript preparation.
