Plafomat Oudenaarde is seeking a versatile sales assistant to support professional and private customers in-store, sharing product knowledge in construction and industrial materials. You help stock, prepare orders, assist with loading/unloading, handle checkout and general administration, and ensure a professional and welcoming customer experience on the shop floor.

You work 38 hours per week on two shifts (early 7:00–15:30 and late 9:30–18:00) in Oudenaarde, with opportunities for growth within

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of construction and industry.
• Commercial mindset and customer orientation.
• Driven, hands-on and positive.
• Able to lift heavy loads (construction materials).
• Well-groomed appearance and spontaneous communication with customers.
• Experience with forklift is a plus.
• Computer-literate.

Responsabilités

• Assist professional and private customers in-store and advise when needed.
• Help with stock replenishment and product placement in aisles.
• Gather customer orders and prepare for pickup or delivery.
• Assist colleagues with loading/unloading during deliveries and stock replenishment.
• Process checkout, handle general administration and counter service.
