Jobat is seeking a site supervisor to lead a team of technicians and welders on construction sites for industrial machines and steel structures. You will organize work, assign tasks, and ensure project milestones are met from start-up to completion.

The role requires staying technically involved while taking on more responsibility for the crew and the site, maintaining safety, quality, and timing, and communicating directly with the client and project lead.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of technicians and welders on the site.
• Assist with the installation of stairs, landings, safety structures and production lines.
• Distribute work and ensure everyone knows what to do.
• Monitor quality, safety and timing of the assembly.
• Coordinate directly with the client and project manager.
• Follow a project from start-up to delivery.

De klant biedt technische ondersteuning en doet ook aan project maatwerk. Onze klant is een technisch georiënteerd bedrijf, met meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in de productie, het onderhoud en de herstelling van industriële machines en staalconstructies. Verfijnd maatwerk is al sinds dag een onze standaard.

Jobomschrijving

• Je stuurt een ploeg monteurs en lassers aan op de werf.
• Je helpt mee bij het plaatsen van trappen, bordessen, veiligheidsconstructies en productielijnen.
• Je verdeelt het werk en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren.
• Je bewaakt kwaliteit, veiligheid en timing van de montage.
• Je stemt rechtstreeks af met de klant en projectverantwoordelijke.
• Je volgt een project mee op van opstart tot oplevering.

Je blijft dus technisch en praktisch betrokken, maar neemt tegelijk meer verantwoordelijkheid op voor de ploeg en de werf.
