Michael Page is in België op zoek naar een Planning en Procurement Specialist. Je beheert inkooporders, houdt ERP-gegevens bij en ondersteunt dagelijkse supply chain-activiteiten.

De kandidaat heeft een Bachelor in Administratie/Logistiek, 1–2 jaar relevante ervaring en sterke ERP/Excel-vaardigheden, plus uitstekende communicatie in Frans en Engels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-niveau opleiding in administratie, logistiek of supply chain.
• 1–2 jaar ervaring in administratieve, logistieke of inkoop-/supply-chain-ondersteunende rol.
• Kennis van ERP-systemen (SAP/JD Edwards of gelijkaardig) en goede Excel-vaardigheden.
• Zeer nauwkeurig, met aandacht voor data en organisatorische zaken.
• Goede communicatie met interne en externe stakeholders.
• In staat prioriteiten te stellen, in een snel tempo te werken en cross-team samen te werken.
• Proactief, betrouwbaar en teamgericht.
• Vloeiend Frans en Engels (schrift en spreken).

Responsabilités

• Beheren van purchase orders en zorgen voor accurate planning en ERP-gegevens.
• Afstemmen met leveranciers over bestellingen, leveringen, documentatie en probleemoplossing.
• Toezicht houden op voorraadniveaus en ondersteuning bij inbound logistiek en leveringstracking.
• Rapporten opstellen, dossiers bijhouden en KPI-bewaking ondersteunen.
• Samenwerken met planning, magazijn, logistiek, klantenservice en finance voor dagelijkse supply chain-operaties.

Planning and procurement Specialist

As a Planning and Procurement Specialist your responsibilities are:

• Manage purchase orders and maintain accurate planning, purchasing, and ERP data.
• Coordinate with suppliers on orders, deliveries, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Monitor inventory levels and support inbound logistics and delivery tracking.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and support KPI monitoring and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with planning, warehouse, logistics, customer service, and finance teams to support daily supply chain operations and follow up on action items.

Profiel

A successful Planning and Procurement Specialist should have:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, logistics, purchasing, or supply chain support role.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards, or similar) and good command of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and administrative organization.
• Effective communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate across teams.
• Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
