Sioen Industries NV is seeking an R&D Engineer for our site in Bornem, Belgium. The successful candidate will develop and optimise pigment paste formulas, support customers throughout commercial activities, and collaborate with various teams, including quality control and production.

This role involves working primarily at the Bornem site with occasional visits to customer locations for testing. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for facilitating effective collaboration and ensuring product excellence.

Responsabilités

• Develop and optimise the formulas of pigment pastes in a cost- and performance-efficient way.
• Support customers in all phases of commercial activities and report regularly to the R&D manager.
• Work closely with the R&D team, quality control, production, the sales team and customers.
• Work from our site in Bornem, occasionally carrying out tests on site at customers' premises.
