MindCapture is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to strengthen calibration management, quality reviews, and product quality monitoring within a regulated healthcare environment.

In this role, you will review calibration certificates, investigate deviations, and prepare key quality reports while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure GMP compliance and ongoing product excellence. Strong Dutch and English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master in Engineering, Pharmacy or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of QA experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Solid knowledge of GMP.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Review calibration certificates and verify conformity with defined specifications.
• Follow up deviations, expired calibrations and related corrective actions.
• Prepare and follow up annual product quality review and continued process verification reports.
• Analyse process data, quality indicators and deviation trends.
• Oversee the monthly completion of logbook reviews within relevant departments.
• Follow up rejected products, packaging materials and raw materials.
