SD Worx Jobs is seeking a persoperator in the concrete sector for a client in Lummen. The role focuses on operating and monitoring the concrete mixing installations, ensuring product quality and safety, and supporting preventive maintenance and changeovers.

You will participate in production improvements, perform routine checks, and maintain thorough documentation. The position involves hands-on work in a cement production environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to improvements of the production process in terms of safety and productivity.
• Monitor the installation within your domain and perform checks on produced products according to the standards.
• Operate the mixing installation to prepare concrete as indicated in the production instruction.
• Inspect products for height and visual appearance according to the standards.
• Carry out the required inspections correctly, fill in inspection forms and production reports, and report to your supervisor.
• Assist with packaging activities.
• After each production run, clean the installation as instructed.
• Change the molds of the installation as described in the production instruction.
• During every changeover, perform preventive checks as instructed.
• Assist with maintenance activities.

Description du poste

Voor een klant in Lummen zijn we op zoek naar een persoperator in de betonsector.

• 1) Meewerken aan verbeteringen van het productieproces zowel op gebied van veiligheid als productiviteit.


• 2) Binnen je domein toezien op het functioneren van de installatie en controle volgens de normen uitvoeren op de producten die worden geproduceerd.


• 3) Bedienen van de menginstallatie voor het aanmaken van beton en dit zoals aangegeven op de productieopgave.


• 4) Controleren van de producten op hoogte en visueel uitzicht volgens de normen.


• 5) Correct uitvoeren van de voorziene controles. Invullen van controleformulieren, productieverslagen en rapporteren aan je leidinggevende.


• 6) Assisteren bij pakketteringswerkzaamheden.


• 7) Na elke productierun de installatie reinigen zoals voorgeschreven in de instructies.


• 8) Ombouwen van de mallen van de installatie zoals omschreven in de productieopgave.


• 9) Tijdens elke ombouw preventieve controles uitvoeren zoals voorgeschreven in de instructies.


• 10) Assisteren bij onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
