Vector Synergy sp. z o.o. in Mons, Belgium is seeking a Penetration Tester 5 to join our security team on NATO-related projects. You will perform web, infrastructure, and application-level penetration tests and collaborate with Red/Blue teams during exercises.

The role requires deep knowledge of IT infrastructure security, OS and network vulnerabilities, cryptography, and secure design reviews to align with NATO directives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure penetration testing (3+ years).
• Experience assessing security vulnerabilities across OS, software, protocols and networks.
• Technical knowledge of system and network security, authentication, cryptography and malware protection.

Responsabilités

• Leading and/or being part of the Red/Blue Team during NATO military exercises.
• Providing web, infrastructure, and application-level penetration testing.
• Providing security design reviews to ensure compliance with NATO policies and directives.

• Extensive knowledge and experience (more than 3 years) in IT infrastructure penetration testing ;
• Extensive knowledge and experience (more than 3 years) in a ssessing security vulnerabilities within OS, software, protocols & networks ;
• T echnical knowledge in system and network security, authentication and security protocols, cryptography, application security, as well as, malware infection techniques and protection technologies .
