Qualifications

• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Commercial experience and client-facing service background.
• Part-time availability: 24 hours per week over 4 days, with afternoon shifts.

Responsabilités

• Map needs of private clients seeking a household helper.
• Register candidate and client data in the internal system.
• Process performance records and draft staff and client contracts.
• Monitor outstanding cheques and take proactive actions.
• Be the first point of contact for your helpers regarding pay and working conditions.
