YO IT Consulting seeks a Copywriting & Content SME for an hourly, remote contractor role to review AI-generated marketing outputs and craft expert copy that ensures accuracy, brand fit, tone, and persuasive clarity.

You will evaluate reasoning quality, identify issues, provide precise feedback, and write gold-standard rewrites with rationale, supporting quality across multiple formats and time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional copywriting/content writing/editorial experience.
• Strong command of brand voice, tone, and audience-aware writing (B2B/B2C).
• Ability to evaluate and improve writing for clarity, structure, persuasion, and consistency.
• Spot and correct factual errors, weak reasoning, overclaims, and compliance issues.
• Familiar with content formats: landing pages, emails, blogs, ads, social posts, product copy, scripts, and long-form guides.
• C1 English proficiency and ability to deliver hourly, remote contractor work across time zones.
• Experience with AI data training/annotation, content QA, editorial operations, or style-guide governance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop AI Training Content: Create prompts and gold-standard copy/content across formats and industries to guide AI learning.
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve clarity, persuasion, tone match, and factual reliability.
• Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI outputs for inaccuracies, hallucinated claims, bias, unsafe advice, and brand-risk issues; validate reliability across use cases.
