Vector Synergy is seeking a senior Oracle E-Business Suite DBA to join our Belgian operations in Braine-l'Alleud. The role requires extensive hands-on experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Database in Linux environments, plus NATO Secret security clearance.

You will manage multiple Oracle installations, provide RMAN-backed backup and recovery support for EBS and DB, and apply deep knowledge of EBS 12.2+ architectures to ensure robust, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) DBA.
• 60+ months of continuous experience across the two most recent assignments supporting complex Oracle EBS environments.
• Experience installing Oracle E-Business Suite software and Oracle Technology Stack components.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple Oracle installations across large-scale systems (EBS 12.2+ and Oracle DB 19c+ on Linux).
• Provide RMAN-based backup and recovery support for Oracle EBS and Oracle DB, including configuration, sizing, monitoring, patching, upgrading, and tuning.
• Apply expertise in Oracle EBS 12.2+ architecture: database schemas, objects, file system structures, and related components.

• Providing practical support for Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Database backup and recovery using RMAN, including configuring, sizing, managing space, monitoring, patching, upgrading, tuning, troubleshooting, and administering Oracle environments ;
• Applying expert knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 or higher technical architecture, including database architecture, schemas, products, database objects, file system structures, tables, views, packages, procedures, functions, sequences, indexes, and constraints.
