Legend Biotech Ghent is seeking dedicated process operators to join our team. You will perform aseptic and manual production in a GMP cleanroom environment, following strict procedures to help deliver life-saving therapies.

We offer extensive in-house training, a permanent contract, and a broad benefits package. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus, with opportunities to work across rotating shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical or biotechnological sciences or related field.
• Willingness to undergo extensive in-house training.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Daily aseptic and manual production in a cleanroom environment.
• Operate in controlled environments (Grade A/B/C/D) for cell therapies.
• Inspect and maintain production equipment and record quality data.
• Perform thorough cleaning and disinfection of materials and areas.
• Support transitions between production zones and shifts.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality therapies to patients.

What can you expect?

Your journey begins withextensive training,where we immerse you in the world ofaseptic(germ-free) andGMP(Good Manufacturing Practice) operations, including the crucial procedures you need to master.

Afterward, you will join our dynamic and driven Operations team, which works together every day to fulfill our mission. Alongside your fellow operators and team leaders, you will perform aseptic and manual production processes according to strict, proven procedures.

• Dailyaseptic and manual production processes
• Working in a cleanroom lab environment
• Executing production steps in controlled environments (grade A/B/C/D)such as spiking, media changes, cell culture, and freezing therapeutic products.
• Managing equipment: inspections and maintenance
• Thorough cleaning and disinfection of materials
• Supporting transitions between production zones
• Ensuring patients receive high-quality therapies on time

Who are we looking for?

Education

• You have a Graduates or Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical or biotechnological sciences or a related field of study.
• Or you have relevant experience, we believe that your mindset, passion, sense of accuracy and commitment to quality are more important than the education you took.

Experience

• We offer extensive, in-house training after which you can start working smoothly in your new role.

Languages

• You are fluent in English.
• Fluent knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

What do we offer?

• A meaningful job with an excellent work-life balance.You will work 4 days. After that you will enjoy 4 days off.This position operates within our future (rotating) night shift system. Please be prepared to work across various shifts starting from6AM and ending by 2AM as well as our night shifts ranging from 6PM until 4 AM and 8 PM until 6AM. While night shifts are not currently in place, employees hired for this role should be willing and able to work within the (rotating) night shift system once implemented.
