Puratos' Belcolade Erembodegem division is seeking a Production Operator to oversee Belgian chocolate production. You will manually or automatically add ingredients, adjust machinery, and perform continuous process checks to ensure smooth operation of the line.

You will safeguard product quality at every stage, keep the area clean around the machines, complete manufacturing records, and hand over to the next shift with clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production lines in a food manufacturing setting.
• Ability to dose ingredients manually or automatically.
• Experience with production documentation and quality control.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor the Belcolade production line.
• Adjust machines and take corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and order around equipment.

Onze site Belcolade Erembodegem is een divisie van Puratos. Puratos staat gekend als een groeiend, Belgisch en internationaal familie bedrijf gespecialiseerd in de bakkerij-, patisserie- en chocoladesector.

Als Productie Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de productie van onze Belgische chocolade. Je voegt de juiste hoeveelheden grondstoffen manueel of automatisch toe en voert continue procescontroles uit: afstellen van de machine, nemen van correctieve maatregelen. Met andere woorden, de werking van de productielijn heeft geen enkel geheim voor jou.

• Je waarborgt de kwaliteit van de chocolade in elke stap van het productieproces.
• Je bewaakt de orde en netheid in en rond de machines van jouw lijn.
• Je zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling van het fabricatieverslag en andere productiedocumenten.
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor jouw eigen productielijn en zorgt voor een goede ploegoverdracht met jouw collega van de volgende shift.
