Vivaldis Interim is urgently seeking a dedicated Melting Furnace Operator for a leading metal industry client. You will weigh raw materials, load the furnace, and follow the production schedule to optimize productivity.

Responsibilities include program sequences, adhere to SOPs, participate in 5S and problem-solving events, and keep the area clean. You may operate bulldozer, forklift and power tools as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating melting furnaces in metal production is preferred.
• Follows 5S and participates in problem-solving events.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.

• Accurately weigh prescribed quantities of raw materials.
• Load materials into the melting furnace as directed.
• Follow production schedule and program sequences for productivity.
• Operate according to SOPs and shift-leader instructions.
• Participate in 5S and problem-solving activities to optimize the process.

• Operate related equipment such as bulldozer, forklift and power tools when necessary.
