YES!talents SINT-NIKLAAS seeks a motivated night shift operator for a stable, family‑owned company in Aalst producing organic and organo-mineral fertilizers for agriculture and horticulture.

You will operate, set up and monitor production machines, supervise the process for quality, safety and efficiency, and perform quality checks. The role includes basic maintenance and forklift operation, with emphasis on independence and reliability.

About the role & products

You will work in a production environment where organic and organo-mineral fertilizers are produced. These products are used in agriculture, horticulture, and professional applications.

• Fertilizers (single and compound)
• Soil improvers
• Potting soils and substrates
• Products under its own brand as well as private label

Your responsibilities

• Operating, setting up, and monitoring production machines
• Supervising the production process (quality, efficiency, safety)
• Performing quality checks
• Bagging and processing finished products
• Solving minor technical issues
• Performing basic maintenance
• Moving goods using a forklift/reach truck
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace
• Performing manual tasks where necessary
