WaW in Belgium is seeking an extrusion operator to oversee the full process from granulate to film. You will set up your machine, monitor production, and ensure quality throughout the process. You will work independently on your machine and coordinate with colleagues as needed.

Responsibilities include starting with a checklist, operating extrusion lines, recording data, and reporting issues to the technical team. A tidy, safe work area is expected at all times.

Responsabilités

• Start each shift with a checklist and verify machine settings (parameters).
• Operate and set extrusion lines (granulate melting, pressing, blowing and winding film).
• Monitor the production process and adjust as needed.
• Perform quality checks during the process.
• Record production data in the systems.
• Replace film in collaboration with colleagues and assist where needed.
• Keep the work area around the machine tidy and orderly.
• Report faults and discuss them with technicians based on your process knowledge.

Operator extrusie (productieoperator) gezocht! Stel jouw machine in en bewaak het volledige proces van granulaat tot folie.

Jobomschrijving – jouw job als Operator extrusie / Procesoperator / Machineoperator

Als operator extrusie sta je in voor het volledige productieproces van kunststof folie, van grondstof tot afgewerkt product. Je werkt zelfstandig aan jouw machine en bewaakt continu de kwaliteit en parameters.

• Je start elke shift met een checklist en controle van de machine-instellingen (parameters)
• Je bedient en stelt extrusielijnen in (granulaat smelten, persen, blazen en wikkelen van folie)
• Je bewaakt het productieproces en stuurt bij waar nodig
• Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit tijdens het proces
• Je registreert productiegegevens in de systemen
• Je wisselt folie in samenwerking met collega’s en springt bij waar nodig
• Je houdt de werkzone rond de machine ordelijk en netjes
• Je meldt storingen en bespreekt deze met de techniekers op basis van jouw proceskennis
